2. Services
We provide pre-booked private transport, including VIP airport transfers and executive travel.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to substitute the booked vehicle with a comparable vehicle when necessary (for example due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances) at no extra cost to you.
3. Bookings & Payment
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written/email confirmation from us.
Full payment (or a deposit, if agreed) must be made by the time specified in your booking confirmation.
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Passenger cancellations:
- More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund.
- Less than 24 hours: [e.g., 50% charge] or no refund if driver already dispatched.
Company cancellations:
– If we must cancel (e.g., vehicle breakdown), we will refund all monies paid or offer a re-booking.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
Ensure you and your party are ready at the agreed time.
Comply with all seat-belt and child-seat regulations.
No smoking, illegal substances, or aggressive behaviour are permitted in our vehicles.
6. Waiting Time & Extra Charges
Additional waiting time or extra stops may incur charges at our standard hourly rate.
7. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (traffic, weather, flight delays, etc.).
Our liability for any proven loss is limited to the cost of the booking.
8. Privacy & Data
We handle personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage and your rights.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
